in the crisp air
the cry of geese on high
frost dancing on glass

The dancing frost has danced straight into my image-bank. It is quite beautiful. YOu have evoked the change that Autumn heralds very well in just a few syllables. But then, haiku is terrific like that. The sounds of the geese as they choof off to warmer climes is so very evocative.

Thank you

Frost dancing on glass is one of my favorite things.
Nice work.

I can see this, and I love it! Thank you for this well-written portrait of autumn.

I lay in a meadow last night and watched the Canada geese make their way South. It was lovely, and the inspiration for next week's prompt. So this was extra fun reading for me!

I love the sound of geese - haven't heard them yet. My favorite line is dancing frost.

there is nothing quite like the sound of geese on a cool, crisp fall morning...& it is especially sweet if the air has a smell of woodsmoke...your words are perfectly fall
