Micofiction

The child had been placed in the water.
The water had parted, but not like Moses.
He didn't walk like Jesus.

What a Leap of Faith, I hope the child can swim.

This is different - I loved it. I never would have thought of that angle.

Have a great week.

Maybe a baby Moses in the bulrushes? Lots of interesting ideas suggested in this micro!

I do hope the water sprites will take care of the wee one...

Ooh, this is dark. Perhaps the woman had post-partum depression. Didn't she know she could take the child to the nearest fire station and give him/her away with no questions asked? At least it's that way here. Interesting take on this week's picture.

Hmm. I'm a it worried for the kid. Sink or swim, I hope it turns out well. Interesting contribution! I want to know more.

And I'm hoping the child found his/her way into loving arms in the end. :)

I can only hope that both the child and the mother found peace. Have a great week. Cheers!

Oh no -- poor kid! I guess not everyone can be Chosen (and don't we all know it --)
